If you have the time, we would love to have you stay longer. Please contact us and we can work with you on a fair price that will suit your time of stay.
Terms
Check-in: 4 p.m. or after with keyless code entry
Check-out: 11 a.m.
50% of your deposit must be paid at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% of the deposit must be paid within 60 days of your arrival date.
Payments can be made by personal or cashier's check or money order. A written confirmation will be sent when we process your deposit.
$300 security deposit is required at booking. This check will not be cashed unless there is a reason to with an unsatisfactory inspection. This will be refunded within 10 days of departure after a satisfactory inspection.
Significant damage to the property or missing items may result in a loss of all or part of the deposit. Additional guests staying without the consent or knowledge of the owners may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $50.00 service fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the entire amount of your stay, unless the house can be rebooked.
There will be no refunds for no-shows.
In any circumstances your security deposit will be returned to you.
Other Policies
You must be a responsible 25 or older adult to rent the Enos Homestead Inn.
A copy of your valid driver's license and the plate numbers of all vehicles parked on the property must be sent with your deposit and signed agreement.
You are responsible for leaving the house in the condition in which you found it.
No smoking is permitted inside the farmhouse. Persons who do not respect the non-smoking policy will automatically forfeit their entire security deposit. Smoking is permitted outside with caution and proper use of receptacles.
No pets.
No candles in dwelling place. Any decorative candles left by the owner will not be permitted to be burned.
Six adults maximum.
